Procrastination’s Top Finds
I’ll be honest, it’s almost 10pm and a Thursday, and I am burnt out from the hectic week. Yes, I still have my article to research and revise, an 84 minute documentary to watch and take notes on for my 1pm class tomorrow, and a double album to review for tomorrow, but am I worried about deadlines right now? Hell no. I am doing what I do best, and finding some lovely, helpful, and hilarious things to love online.
My top finds of the night are:
Thought Catalog writer Ryan O’Connell
Ryan O’Connell is 25 year old hilarious gay man living in East Village, New York. He has a ton of articles, most of them hilarious. I particularly enjoyed this one.
The Beauty Department
The Beauty Department has a TON of helpful, girly tips which is awesome for me because I eat this stuff up. There are tips to get ready if you oversleep, tutorials, trends, fresh ideas. It’s a girls best friend. As a bonus, the site is laid out really well, allowing for immaculate navigation. CHECK IT.
College Fashion
Now, this isn’t the first time I’ve been on College Fashion, but honestly, I just wasn’t a huge fan of the page navigation, and I found all the ads to be messy and distracting. However, I do like College Fashion as it is helpful (not to mention entirely applicable to me) and there is a lot of super cute stuff on there. Plus it’s lovely that the site is updated constantly. Consistent updates = consistent cuteness.
